Wilde Analysis is a multi-disciplined Ansys software channel partner, training provider and consultancy with offices in Cambridge, Manchester and Edinburgh, helping engineering companies digitally transform how they design products - from electric vehicles and wind turbines to medical devices and data centres.

We are a member of the PDSVISION Group, a fast-growing international digital engineering software and service provider of over 400 staff headquartered in Sweden and with operations in Nordics, Germany, South Africa, India and USA in addition to the UK.

We offer world class end-to-end software solutions and services, realising digital thread initiatives within design and manufacturing companies. Our 4 technology pillars are Simulation, Systems Engineering, PLM and CAD, while also embracing emerging technologies such as Internet of Things (IoT) and Augmented Reality (AR).

Within the PDSVISION Group, we are growing the Global Centre of Excellence for Systems Engineering from within the UK, including Risk Management, Functional Safety and Reliability Analysis. We have been the dedicated UK channel partner for ReliaSoft for over 15 years - internationally recognized as the market-leading software for reliability analysis and management. We are also a long-term partner of Ansys since 2000, including the support of their functional safety software Ansys medini, in addition to other systems engineering tools.

We provide extensive consulting services to support client objectives and strengthen their inhouse capabilities. We also deliver a wide range of simulation theory and software-based training courses to educate the next generation of engineers and reinforce best practice in industry.

What We Are Looking For

To support our continued growth at over 20% annually, we are looking to appoint additional Graduate Engineers to join our Systems Engineering Services Team.

Joining an existing dynamic team of over 80 staff in the UK, you will be undertaking consulting projects, supporting implementations within clients and applying market leading software such as ReliaSoft and Ansys to solve real-world engineering challenges.

Although, you will be primarily involved in functional safety, reliability engineering and other systems engineering disciplines, you may also have an opportunity to get involved in our other business areas, such as simulation (FEA and CFD).

Your time will be split between undertaking consulting work, training clients and providing pre-sales and post-sales technical support.

We offer a professional, collaborative and enjoyable working environment, an international outlook and a supportive culture, positively engaged with flexible working through use of Teams and other cloud-based systems.

We are committed to Continued Professional Development and mentoring, including supporting the optional attainment of Chartered Engineer status for our technical staff.

You will have opportunities to meet and work alongside international colleagues, including networking during annual internal conferences.

· Competitive base salary.

· Performance-related bonus scheme.

· 37-hour working week with flexi-time working.

· 25 days (plus 8 statutory) paid holidays per year.

· Pension and health plan schemes.

· A friendly, supportive and respectful culture, offering stimulating and rewarding work of great variety and impact.

· Commitment to Continuing Professional Development.

· Training in market-leading analysis software such as Ansys.

· Paid annual membership fees for a relevant institution, including support to optionally reach/maintain Chartered status.

· Structured and exciting career opportunities within a fast-growing, international group of digital transformation companies.

Although we believe it is beneficial to work from our Manchester or Cambridge offices as often as possible, we also embrace hybrid working.
