Full Time Financial Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our team. The Finance Officer will be responsible for managing financial transactions, analysing financial data, and preparing financial reports. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in various accounting software.,

• Manage day-to-day financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable.


• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports.


• Conduct monthly and annual reconciliations of accounts.


• Ensure compliance with UK tax regulations, including VAT and other financial obligations.


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information and support decision-making processes.


• Assist in the preparation of budgets, financial forecasts, and variance analysis.


• Participate in the year-end audit process.


• Provide financial insights and recommendations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.


• Stay updated on accounting standards and changes in regulations.
  
  Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years of relevant accounting experience.


• ACCA or CIMA qualification is preferred.


• Proficient in using accounting software such as Quickbooks and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.


• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.


• Familiarity with UK GAAP and tax regulations.
