Field Service Technician

LTS Transport Solutions is seeking a skilled and experienced Field Service Technician to join our team. As a Field Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing on-site maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services for our car carriers, waste bins, and Modalohr train wagon concept.,

• Travel to customer sites to perform maintenance, repair, and refurbishment services on equipment


• Diagnose and troubleshoot equipment issues and make necessary repairs


• Conduct preventative maintenance tasks to minimize downtime and extend equipment lifespan


• Fabricate and weld components as needed


• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities


• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations
  
  High school diploma or equivalent


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in the transportation industry


• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems


• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics


• Proficiency in welding and fabrication


• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed
