Full Job Description

To provide support to our clinical crew and Head of Operations with responsibilities and day to day health and safety in our operational bases.

Main duties and responsibilities:

Coordinate, support and deliver base visits from donors, Ambassadors, patients and other agencies as and when required.

Manage the day-to-day facility operations across several sites, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.

Ensure training equipment is properly maintained and set up ahead of training days for clinical crew, and ensure all equipment is appropriately cleaned safely stored after use.

Responsibility of the day-to-day Health and Safety of the bases, ensuring any issues arising are prioritised and dealt with as appropriate.

Support timely resolutions to any recommendations after QAV audits for each location.

Implementation and management of a new stock system which will maintain the clinical consumable stock and investigate the possibility of drug system management and uniform stock management.

Ensure quarantined, faulty medical equipment is properly stored with regular updates on progress to bring back into service.

Support the crew with timely responses to any coroner requests.

Assist with ensuring correct location and availability of our fleet of rapid response vehicles with regards to servicing and maintenance.

Manage relationships with suppliers and arrange and facilitate visits with contractors to our bases.

Will include travel across the north west, own car with business travel insurance required.

Strong experience of using computers for business purposes
