Full Job Description

This is a permanent full-time or part-time role. The number of hours per week are negotiable (between 25 - 37.5 hours per week) with flexible working times. The role will be based at our office in Thornton-Cleveleys, with hybrid working available if needed.

You will be flexible, good at problem solving, have excellent organisational and communication skills and be able to work in a dynamic environment.

You will work with and report directly to the Managing Director. This is a hands-on role which requires commitment and strong organisational skills.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Managing emails and diaries

  • Briefing on tasks and upcoming deadlines

  • Organising meetings and events

  • Liaising with the wider team, suppliers and clients

  • Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations and correspondence

  • Implementing and maintaining internal procedures and processes

    Experience and essential skills

    The ideal candidate will be quick-thinking, adaptable, able to manage a varied workload and capable of prioritising tasks.

    Strong interpersonal skills and teamwork is essential.

    You will need to be approachable, have a helpful manner and demonstrate professionalism in all aspects.

    Strong IT skills are essential.
