Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Lead to serve as the right hand to the management team. The ideal candidate will oversee on-site operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and to high standards. Flexibility with working hours and a comprehensive understanding of commercial challenges are essential for success in this role. You must be willing to be hands on and flexible according to the site needs as there may be some occasional twilight shifts required.,

  • Supervise on-site electrical operations, ensuring adherence to safety standards and project requirements.

  • Actively participate in hands-on tasks, leading by example and demonstrating a strong work ethic.

  • Coordinate and organise job schedules, allocating resources effectively to meet project deadlines.

  • Conduct electrical installations, testing, and inspections, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards.

  • Prepare and complete test certificates accurately and in a timely manner.

  • Manage and maintain inventory levels, ensuring adequate supply of materials for ongoing projects.

  • Provide technical guidance and support to the team, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

  • Communicate effectively with management, clients, and subcontractors to address project needs and resolve issues promptly.

    Proven experience in electrical supervision, with a strong track record of on-site management.

  • Excellent knowledge of commercial challenges related to electrical projects.

  • Flexibility with working hours to accommodate project demands and deadlines.

  • Possession of relevant certifications such as SSSTS (Site Supervisor Safety Training Scheme) is highly desirable.

  • Proficiency in electrical installations, testing, and inspection procedures.

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

  • Testing and inspection experience required
