Full Job Description

Job Description: Optimus Collective is currently seeking friendly and dependable drivers to join our team. As a driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting SEN children to and from school, accompanied by a trained Passenger Assistant. This role requires individuals with a clean UK driving licence held for over a year, along with a good understanding of children with additional needs.,

  • Safely transport SEN children to and from school in Leamington Spa & surrounding areas.

  • Collaborate effectively with Passenger Assistants to ensure the comfort and safety of the children.

  • Demonstrate good customer service skills when interacting with passengers and their families.

  • Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while operating the vehicle.

  • Attend and participate in any required training courses provided by the company.

    Clean UK driving licence held for over a year.

  • Understanding and empathy towards children with additional needs.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Willingness to undergo training and obtain necessary certifications.

  • Ability to work well independently as well as part of a team., Driving: 1 year (preferred)

    Competitive weekly salary: £350 - £500.

    Note: This position is available for both full-time and part-time drivers.

    Pay: Up to £450.00 per week
