Full Job Description
You will be delivering on three key communications objectives to:
- Create and develop a communications plan for our innovative men's mental health project, Stepladder
- Support the project's community development goals to help individuals and organisations to build connections and networks for men across the county
- Tell engaging stories to raise awareness of Stepladder, the work it does including distributing grants via the Winston Innovation Fund to encourage new and inspiring groups and activities.
- Builds strong relationships & delivers successful communications strategies
- Creates engaging multi-media content including video for all our digital channels
- Knows how to produce a steady stream of positive stories to raise awareness of men's mental health
- Has experience of engaging diverse communities and audiences in awareness-raising campaigns
