Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist

We are looking for a data-driven, results-focused Conversion Rate Optimisation specialist to join the Digital Optimisation team at The Citation Group.

The Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Specialist will play a key role in unlocking the potential of our digital presence across multiple brands.

You'll utilise your expertise in data analysis, user behaviour tracking and A/B testing to develop and implement strategies to improve user experience and drive conversions.

What you will do:

• Develop and implement data-driven conversion rate optimization strategies to improve website performance and increase conversion rates.


• Monitor and analyse website and digital campaign performance using GA4 and Looker Studio


• Work closely with our in-house UX researcher to gain insights into user behaviour and identify areas for improvement.


• Working with our internal and external web development resource, as well as our design team to create new experiences and push them live on our websites


• Design and execute A/B and multivariate tests to optimise website elements, user flows, and conversion funnels using convert.com


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement optimisation strategies, including marketing, design, and development.


• Provide recommendations and insights based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement in conversion rates.


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in conversion rate optimisation.


• Generate reports and present findings to stakeholders, highlighting key performance indicators and opportunities for optimisation.


• Monitor and track the impact of optimisation efforts on conversion rates and other relevant metrics.
  
  Proven experience as a Conversion Rate Optimisation Specialist or similar role.


• In-depth knowledge of web analytics tools such as GA4 and Mouseflow


• Proficiency in A/B testing and optimisation techniques.


• Familiarity with CRO tools and platforms like convert.com


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.


• Excellent communication and presentation skills.


• Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.


• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
