• Qualified Solicitor with a minimum 3 - 5+ PQE.


• Registered with the Law Society Immigration Accreditation.


• Experience running own caseload of client immigration matters, including visas, work permits, asylum seekers, business immigration, and beyond.


• Able to work well under pressure and to deadlines.


• Meticulous, with good organisational skills and ability to prioritise.


• Compassionate and empathetic with a drive to help people.


• Works well independently and with a team.


Note: Fluency in multiple languages may be an asset but not required.

We are currently are seeking an Immigration Consultant Solicitor who prefers independent and flexible working, managing their own client base and workload. This position operates on a fee-sharing basis.

As a Consultant Solicitor at our firm, you will have the freedom to manage your own clients and cases. We offer a competitive fee-sharing arrangement, paying out a minimum of 60% of the fees you generate from your clients.
