Full Job Description
- Conduct site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and closeout visits
- Ensure compliance with protocols, regulatory requirements, and GCP guidelines
- Perform source data verification and review study documents
- Track and report patient enrollment and study progress
- Communicate with study sites and investigators
Bachelor's degree in a health-related field or equivalent - Previous experience as a Clinical Research Associate (CRA)
- Good understanding of clinical trial processes and GCP guidelines
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Minimum of 6 months monitoring experience
