Claims Handler - CH2

Caseload Management:
You'll take charge of pre-litigated and Low Value Litigated Motor Claims for our Corporate clients.
Handle cases from inception to settlement, including high-value and complex matters.

Early Litigation Savvy:
Identify cases ripe for early litigation-those with high prospects of success and low risk.
Your strategic decisions will shape outcomes.

Client-Centric Approach:
Deliver consistently high levels of service.
Collaborate closely with colleagues to ensure excellence.

Data Accuracy and Communication:
Input accurate data and maintain records.
Interact with clients, providing updates and guidance throughout the claims process.

Mentoring and Expertise:
Be the go-to technical referral point for your team.
Mentor and support new starters.

This role is based in the Liverpool office working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm with 1 hour for lunch. This role is hybrid working.

ULR RTA Experience: Essential for handling pre-litigated matters.
MOJ or OIC Claims handling experience.
Full Claim Cycle: You'll assess quantum, investigate liability, and negotiate settlements.
Tech Proficiency: Microsoft Word, Excel, and email are your tools.
Customer Service Excellence: Your communication skills shine.
Attention to Detail: Spot the nuances that matter.
Negotiation: Secure optimal outcomes.
