    The role is for a full time (5 days) qualified and experienced social Worker to join one of our 4 Teams within the Permanence Service in Oldham.

    Teams are made up of 1 TM, 1 SP & up to 6 SW's.

    You would hold a case load on average of up to 18 children and Young People in LA care and to the expectations would be to review progress and develop their care plans to best meet their individual needs and all that this entails.

    You must have:
  • Post qualified experience.
