Full Job Description

You will work across a number of schools delivering one to one careers guidance, aspirational/motivational group work (both programme style and individual sessions) and supporting employer encounter activities in a range of schools. You will also study for a Level 6 Diploma in Careers Guidance and Development during your Traineeship., We know that some people are looking for full time/ part time work/term time working arrangements. We can offer flexible working arrangements. Careers Adviser - Candidates wishing to apply must have a relevant Level 6 qualification in Careers Information, Advice and Guidance.

Trainee Careers Adviser - A relevant Level 3 or Level 4 qualification related to Information, Advice and Guidance or work with young people plus at least one year's experience working with young people.

Careers Advisers at Career Connect are paid between £25,466 up to £28,817 per annum (dependent on experience), Permanent., Trainee Careers Adviser - Starting Salary £25,252 progressing to £28,817 (Full time, Permanent)
