Full Job Description
- High quality administrative support
- Facilitate and minute meetings
- Diary management
- Organise, prepare and delivery of Faculty events
- First point of contact which includes meeting and greeting external visitors
- Produce, prepare and appropriately disseminate information across a range of communication channels
Experience of working in an administrative role - GCSE English and Maths Grade A-c or equivalent Level 2 qualification
- Experience of taking minutes and providing information at meetings
- Experience of scheduling meetings on behalf of others
