Building Surveyor (Repairs)

For your dedicated patch you will deliver a cyclical maintenance, responsive and void repairs service to tenants and leaseholders efficiently and cost effectively, in conjunction with the Council's external contractors.

We have a challenging and exciting role for a customer focused individual to join the West Lancashire Borough Council`s Repairs and Servicing team. You will be a team player who will deliver a high-quality repairs and voids service to our tenants., The successful applicant will be required to undergo security checks as part of the Baseline Personnel Security Standard for accessing Government records. This will include a Basic DBS check.
