Full Job Description

Be Well is a health and wellbeing service that works with people in Manchester who have multiple lifestyle issues that they wish
to change. A team of coaches and specialist workers in employment, advice and benefits, healthy lifestyles and early help work on
a one-to-one and group basis with individuals to help improve their health and wellbeing.

What you'll be doing

As a Be Well Complex Needs Assessor, you will provide quality assessment and brief intervention for clients who have a range of
barriers to change and/or engagement with support. Working by telephone, online and within the local community you will work
alongside professionals and community partners and be a key link for Be Well with specialist support services.

  • You will have excellent assessment and communications skills.

  • You will have experience in health and wellbeing and have a passion for helping clients access the best support for them.

  • You will have strong interpersonal and engagement skills.

  • You will provide quality, robust assessments for individuals experiencing a wide range of difficulties, who have been referred

  • to the service.
  • You will be competent in assisting clients to identify their key goals and aspirations.

  • You will use a range of evidence-based tools and techniques to complete effective assessments, set goals and motivate clients.

  • You will effectively manage a high volume of assessments and all subsequent tasks.

  • An annual salary of £29,269 (NJC point 18)

  • A fixed term contract (until March 31st, 2025), 35 hours per week.

  • Agile Remote Home Working.

  • 25 days holiday, and 30 after here five years.
