As the Transaction Services Associate Director with a focus on Financial Due Diligence, working with the Manchester based MD, you
will play a pivotal role in driving the growth and success of this new line of business within the mid-market segment. Leveraging
your strong background and your established relationships within the Transactions market, you will be responsible for helping
build and develop a high-performing team, developing and executing a comprehensive business strategy, and delivering exceptional
client outcomes.

- Business Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior leadership to develop a comprehensive business strategy for the
- Team Leadership and Management: Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of talented professionals, including financial analysts,
- Client Engagement: Develop and nurture relationships with existing and potential clients, leveraging your network and expertise
- Service Delivery Excellence: Oversee the execution of financial due diligence engagements, ensuring high-quality deliverables
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor offerings, and market dynamics within the
- Collaboration with Sun Capital: Work closely with Sun Capital, our US private equity owner, to leverage their resources,
- Financial Performance: Manage the financial performance of the Financial Due Diligence line of business, monitoring revenue,
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular updates and reports to senior leadership and ownership regarding the progress of
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field; Master's degree or relevant professional certification
- Proven track record of success in leading and growing financial due diligence services within the mid-market segment. Your
- Extensive network and relationships within the Transactions market and broader financial services industry.
- Strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and decision-making abilities.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to identify key insights from complex financial data.
- Experience in managing and developing high-performing teams (which could be located in numerous locations).
- Proficiency in project management, business development, and financial analysis tools.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners.
- Adaptability to a fast-paced and evolving business environment.
