Full Job Description

  • To ensure that the One Vision Housing's (OVH) stock data is up to date and sufficient to allow effective investment planning in line with all statutory, legislative, and operational requirements. To include collecting and recording the groups Asset and Liabilities register, compliance data and stock condition data in respect of OVH's residential and commercial assets.

    Degree educated (Or equivalent)

  • Experience of Asset Management systems, stock condition, HHSRS, Decent Homes Standard and formulating short, medium and long-term programmes.

  • Experience of Promaster and to ensure information is captured and regularly updated with reliable data.

  • Experience of completing consultation to ensure programmes are inclusive of the business needs but meets the business plan capacity.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of Asset Management, Repairs &maintenance, Neighbourhood Management, Community Development and Regeneration Legislation and continuous improvement relative to the duties of the post.

  • Demonstrable knowledge of the main principles of Value for Money, Good Practice and continual improvement.

  • Ability to work flexibly and out of hours where necessary.

  • Excellent communication skills, able to communicate across multiple channels including Microsoft Teams, Face to Face and Email.

  • Experience or Knowledge of the below would be advantageous but not essential:

  • Relevant Management Qualification.

  • Experience of validating data imported and stored within Promaster.

  • Experience of co-ordinating with compliance data including fire, gas, electrical, asbestos and legionella

  • Experience of undertaking large scale surveys including stock condition, garages, estate wide surveys to produce meaningful programmes.

  • Experience of co-ordinating data held with the groups Asset and Liabilities register.

  • Experience in dealing with acquisitions, disposals, and new build data.

  • Experience of GIS systems.

  • Willing to undertake any relevant qualification and CPD.

    Competitive salary - £49,646.26

  • Hours - 36 per week (Monday-Friday)
