Full Job Description

The Head of Procurement & Contracts is a brand new role that will lead on the end-to-end procurement process, managing projects for complex activities, delivering the best possible commercial outcomes for the Trust. In addition, the postholder will provide best-in-class procurement advice and support to the business through effective stakeholder engagement and management, supporting in the delivery of the procurement cost reduction opportunities that quickly and effectively achieve cost saving targets across the portfolio.

Are you a dynamic and innovative individual, with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to lead on large-scale projects to deliver successful outcomes?, We are seeking a qualified, dynamic and innovative individual with strong interpersonal skills and an extensive background in procurement and contracts management, with the ability to lead on large scale projects to deliver successful outcomes.

The successful candidate will have extensive experience in procurement and contract management. Other skills, knowledge and experience we are looking for include:

  • Fully qualified (CIPS)

  • At least three years post professional qualification experience
